Take Nicotinell^® Patch out of the pack and remove any additional packaging or protection from the patch itself. Apply the patch to an area of clean, hairless, cool, dry skin – areas like the upper arm, chest and hip are all ideal locations. Press on the patch firmly until it feels like it’s stuck for a controlled release of nicotine for 24 hours.

Once 24 hours has passed, remove the patch and apply a new one, choosing a different location on your body. It’s recommended that you do not apply a new patch to previously used skin site for 7 days.

Try to apply the patch at the same time every day to make it part of your daily routine
