Nicotinell^® Patch should not be used for more than 3 months. If you continue to get cravings whilst using Nicotinell^® Patch, you could try combining Nicotinell^® Patch 21 mg with Nicotinell^® Gum 2 mg or Nicotinell^® Lozenge 2 mg. Before you take another form of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) or if you find it difficult to give up Nicotinell^® Patch, talk to your pharmacists or doctor.
