When shouldn’t I use Nicotinell® Lozenge?

Don’t use the Nicotinell® Lozenge if:

  • You’re under 12 years old (under 18 yrs of age should seek medical advice before taking any form of NRT).
  • You’re a non-smoker.
  • You suffer from phenylketonuria. The lozenge contains Phenylalanine.
  • You have an allergy to nicotine or to any component of the patch.
  • The expiry date printed on the carton or sachet has passed.
  • The packaging is torn or shows signs of tampering.

Important: make sure you always speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using Nicotinell® products to check if you’re suitable.
